The short version. This website and app show GD products and where to find them. Nothing is sold here. If you join GD Rewards, we keep your name, phone number and receipt details so we can give you points. We never sell your information. You can delete your account yourself, any time, from the Rewards page.

Privacy

Who we are

GD Cannabis Processing LLC (“GD,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed Oklahoma medical marijuana processor. We are not a dispensary. Nothing is sold, delivered or dispensed through gdproc.com.

What we collect

Account: your first and last name and your mobile phone number. We text you a one-time sign-in code. We do not collect your email address or a password.
Receipt details: when you upload a receipt, we read it and keep the dispensary name, the date, the name printed on it, a receipt number, and the GD products and amounts on it. We do not keep the photo itself after it has been read.
Rewards activity: your points, tier, rewards you redeemed, the time, the dispensary and the budtender name entered when you redeemed, and your approximate location at redemption so we can check you were at the store.
A one-way code of your phone number, kept only so the 100-point welcome bonus can be given once per number.

Your medical license number

We do not need your OMMA patient license number. If a dispensary prints it on your receipt, you can cover it before taking the photo, as long as your name, the date and the items stay readable. If one is visible, we treat it as private patient information and do not store or use it.

How we use it

To match receipts to your account and give you points.
To run rewards, including checking the 24-hour voucher at the dispensary.
To stop duplicate, edited or fraudulent receipts and misuse of rewards.
To text you your sign-in code and rewards messages you agreed to. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Who sees it

We never sell, rent or trade your information. It is seen only by authorized GD staff. The dispensary where you redeem a reward sees your name and reward on your own screen at the counter. We use trusted service providers to run the app, send texts and read receipts (Google Firebase for sign-in, database and hosting, and an AI service that reads the receipt photo you send). They process data for us and not for their own use. We may disclose information if the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Security, keeping and deleting

Records are stored behind access controls, and only the signed-in patient and authorized GD staff can see them. You can delete your account at any time: open GD Rewards, then tap Delete my account. That removes your profile, points history, receipt records and sign-in. Reward redemption records may be kept without your name or phone number so we can keep accurate store records. GD Rewards Terms

Who can join

GD Rewards is for registered Oklahoma medical marijuana patients and caregivers. By joining you confirm you are one. You must agree to these terms and the privacy section above.

Earning points

You earn 10 points for each GD product on a receipt. Other brands do not count. New members get 100 welcome points, once per phone number.
The name printed on the receipt must match the name on your account.
A receipt must be from the last 7 days, can be used only once, and you can add one receipt per day.
Duplicate, shared, edited or made-up receipts can lead to points being removed and your account being closed.
Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Redeeming a reward

2,500 points can be exchanged for a $10 reward on GD products.
After you tap Redeem, you have 24 hours to use it. An expired reward is void and its points are not returned.
A dispensary budtender must tap Redeem at the register and enter their name and the dispensary name. A reward used any other way is not valid. It works once, and we check the location.
The reward applies to GD products only, not other brands.

Dispensaries are independent

Every dispensary that carries GD is independently owned and operated. GD does not control their prices, discounts or stock. The dispensary decides whether to accept a reward and how to apply it. Dispensaries cannot give cannabis products away for free, so a reward may not be able to cover the full price of a low-priced item. GD is not responsible for how, or whether, a dispensary applies a reward, for a dispensary running out of GD products, or for the dispensary’s own legal duties, such as checking your license card, possession limits, tracking and taxes.

Changes

We may review or correct points, close accounts for misuse, and change or end GD Rewards or these terms at any time. The version on this page is the current one.
